FLAG peptide, Mouse Antibody The FLAG sequence consists of eight amino acids (AspTyrLysAspAspAspAspLys) with an enterokinase-cleavage site included. Fusion protein can be detected with anti-FLAG antibody or purified with immunoaffinity chromatography. Protein elusion can be carried out under non denaturing conditions.
